The kit is consisting of following:

3 Screws + Fan plate

1. Turn OFF the external power supply.

2. Check no vehicle is plugged into any of the charging points and that there is no risk of voltage back feed. 

3. Open the left side doors and lock them in place with their door latches.

4. Turn the charger off with the RCBO1 and pull out the main fuses from the AC input holders

5. Open the rear side doors by unscrewing the 4 screws holding the doors in place

6. Install the fan plate on place as shown on picture below using the 3 screws from received package

7. Connect the RED wire (positive polarity) from FAN terminal position 4 to position XR1 on terminal block in charger

8. Connect the RED wire (positive polarity) from FAN terminal position 5 to position XR3 on terminal block in charger

9. Connect the BLACK wire (negative polarity) from FAN terminal position 1 to position XR6 on terminal block in charger

10. Install the wires to plastic cable tray

11. Start a charging session to verify that the fans are spinning

12. Close the rear door and install back the 4 screws

13. Close the left side doors

14. Rework is now finished

 

 

---IMPORTANTE NOTE---

Fans must be spinning as soon as any of CCS guns are active
